Common questions
How do the trial and one-time purchase work?
You choose when to start your free seven-day trial. It does not renew or charge you automatically. After the trial, browsing, organizing and sharing your own library in Memorove require a one-time lifetime purchase. The price in your App Store currency is shown in the app before you start. Your Apple Photos library and saved review choices are not deleted when the trial ends.
I already purchased. How do I restore access?
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases on the access screen or in Memorove Settings. An internet connection may be needed. If Apple refunded a purchase, it no longer provides access.
Does Memorove upload my photos?
Photo analysis and grouping happen on your iPhone. Memorove does not upload photos to a developer-operated server. To improve place names, memory coordinates are sent to Apple’s geocoding service. Apple may download originals from iCloud Photos when needed. Only the items you choose are sent to the system share sheet when you share.
When are photos actually deleted?
The review basket records your choices without deleting originals. Photos are deleted only after you confirm cleanup. Apple Photos manages Recently Deleted and any iCloud synchronization. Favorites are checked again and protected before deletion. To recover an item after cleanup, check Recently Deleted in Apple Photos.
Why are some memories or places missing?
Check photo access in iOS Settings. Limited access only includes the items you allow. After changing access, refresh memories in Memorove Settings. Small groups may not form a note. Photos without location metadata cannot receive a place name. More detailed names appear gradually while you browse and depend on Apple’s lookup results and connectivity.
Can I change the language?
Open Memorove Settings → Language. Choose English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Thai or Russian. The default follows your supported system language, with English as the fallback.
